Step-by-step Guide

To appoint agent.

Tell the agent about your requirement such as budget, size, amenities nearby, moving date and other preferences.

Viewing properties.

If you found a desired property, starting negotiation with owner about rental price, request item etc, agent will help to do it.

Sign Letter of Offer and pay earnest deposit (normally 1 month earnest deposit are required).

To sign Tenancy Agreement (TA), must check the contents carefully.

To pay balance of payment, such as deposit 2 months rental (refundable), 0.5 month - 1 month utilities deposit (refundable), stamping fee, and document fee (is depends on the agency).

Receive keys and move-in.
